- Take I-79 south to I-68 east
- Take Exit 10 (Cheat Lake) and turn left at the stop light.
- Stay in the right lane and get onto the 43 North.
- Take the first exit (Fairchance)
- Turn right off the exit onto Bowers Lane.
- Turn right onto Sunset Beach Rd.
- Continue straight onto Morgan Hill Road.
- Stay to the right to stay on Morgan Hill Road, which will turn into Falling Water Lane.
- At the entrance monument, turn right.
- At stop sign, turn left on LaVista Drive.
- Model home is the first home on the corner, on the right.

We look forward to seeing you. When you arrive at the model home please feel free to come in. During model hours the door will be unlocked, you are welcome to come in and look around. In most cases, we’ll be there to greet you or we may be touring the home with other customers.
