My wife Briana and I decided to build with heartland in March of 2025. Joey was there throughout the entire process and he was extremely easy to work with, not to mention a great person in general. He really listened to what we wanted, and helped guide us through our build. With any new construction you will have very minor issues that arise as the house settles, but the Heartland Warranty is something we are glad to have so we can get those things fixed.

Joey was like family during our process. He would even take time away from his current projects to help me with design and ideas, most likely getting behind on his own work. He gave me much to consider for our situation currently and what would help us down the line if we sell. His honesty was beyond unmatched in this line of work. I recommend him to everyone.

Maggie is the best! She really goes above and beyond for her clients. She is very intentional and patient throughout the whole process. She really made the whole process less stressful and more exciting. Carrie is also great too and they make a fantastic team. They make everyone who walks through the door feel welcome and special. It was time to look into buying a town house and came across the development at Breckenridge. I'm glad I did. First met Kelsey Del Greco. She walked me thru everything in a timely and efficient manner. Also met Luc Car-DiZinno the project manner. I'm sure he will make it a great place for me to live.
