Welcome home to the Empress II, where practical design meets graceful luxury. Expansive ten foot ceilings on the main level greet you as you walk into the open, airy foyer with elegant waterfall stairs. Glass French doors lead into a private yet accessible study, and a living room is perfect for more formal entertaining. Past a conveniently placed powder room, the dining room provides drama with a tray ceiling and optional bay window. The kitchen is warm and inviting, with a huge center work island and a walk-in pantry. Don’t forget to add the morning room with its wall of windows for even more room for entertaining and to bring the outside in. A dinette offers room for informal dinners at home. The family room offers an optional coffered ceiling, lots of light and a cozy fireplace. Off the dinette, a family entry makes organization a snap with a large close, arrival center, and key holder cabinet!
Up the waterfall stairs, the Empress II continues to impress with three more bedrooms and a hall bath, and a coveted 2nd floor laundry. Close in your foyer to get an extra bath if you’d prefer. The true story of the Empress II, though, is the owner’s suite. Enter through double doors and the room opens from a private ante space to a luxurious open area, featuring a tray ceiling and two walk in closets. You can select a sitting area for even more of a private retreat. Another set of double doors leads to the owner’s bath, highlighted by a corner tub that features a window and is flanked by dual vanities.
Many areas offer an optional finished lower level with a recreation room, home office, full bath and wet bar. No matter what you choose, the Empress II is available in several different facades, both traditional and craftsman; many with available porches or covered entries.
The folks we worked with, both our project manager and sales representative, were outstanding. I absolutely would recommend Heartland Homes to anybody that is looking to be a part of the build process.
