Location, Location, Location... This development is located in the best spot in Morgantown without being to crowded. It's minutes from everything and cuts the school run down significantly from our current Cheat Lake home. We worked with Jacquelyn and Ross to secure our next home here. Both were helpful and always answering our questions. For my wife and I, having preset packages and floor plans is a plus as we would constantly be thinking of different alternative and never come to a conclusion. Heartland offers good floor plans and is willing to work with you to customize the plans within reason, something other non-custom builders won't do in the area. I'll update this review as the house is built, but for choosing floor plans and options in the house and lot, they have been on top of everything.
