  1. New Townhome Community in Hampton Township

    Hampton Township is known for its tremendous schools, fantastic community center and its abundance of green space.

    The township was named one of the top 10 best towns for families by Family Circle.  Hampton was voted in the top 10 because of its affordable homes, green spaces, blue-ribbon schools, and giving spirit within the community.

    The Hampton Community Center offers residents an indoor track, full size gym and much more.  The township has many baseball and soccer fields, trails and playgrounds as well.Master Bathroom

    Heartland Homes is pleased to announce that Raintree Manor, a new townhome community will be constructed in Hampton.

    The custom townhomes will be built with a brand new floor plan, the Georgetowne, exclusively being offered at Raintree Manor.  The community will also feature tree-lined streets and is located off East Bardonner Road.

  2. Decorated Townhome Model Grand Opening in North Strabane Township

  3. 3rd Annual Celebration of Lights Photo Contest!

    It’s hard to believe Thanksgiving was two weeks ago, but reality is beginning to set in and if the Christmas lights aren’t up yet – you’ve been procrastinating too long!

    What do your holiday decorations say about you?  Do you prefer white lights or colored?  Do you have inflatables or wreaths?  Whatever your decorations may be, we want to see them!

    Simply take a photo of your home decorated for the season and send them to us!  All entrants will be eligible to win an iPad Mini!  One winner will be drawn at random among the entries received by January 4th, 2013 – one entry per household.

  4. New Home Sites Being Previewed in Canonsburg

    Sunroom of the New Haven Model Home at Summerbrooke

    Elegant brick front homes with spacious tree-lined home sites and private backyards are just some of the benefits of Summerbrooke.  The community, located in Canonsburg, also features low Washington County taxes and Hardie Board Siding.

    The second phase that Heartland Homes will be building is being previewed on Thursday, November 29th!  The newest phase of Summerbrooke will showcase 21 home sites.  The VIP Preview Party will begin at 5:30pm at the community model home.

    At the preview party, those in attendance will receive exclusive information including timeline for development work to be complete, home site release date, detailed floor plans, site map layout and pricing! The Heartland Homes team will be on hand to answer questions in an open house format. Private appointments will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Hors d’ouvres and drinks will be available.

  8. Preview Event for New South Fayette Community

    Berkley Ridge, a new single-family community in South Fayette Township, is offering a preview of phase I on Thursday, October 11th.  Berkley Ridge will feature cul-de-sac home sites with wooded views and lots of privacy.

    The community is situated off Oakridge Road in South Fayette, which is only a few miles away from South Fayette Schools.  South Fayette School District is growing and is consistently one of the top ranked school districts in the area.

  10. October Home Show in Pittsburgh Is Just in Time for Fall

Over the next few weeks, western Pennsylvania will slowly caramelize, spreading shades of yellow, red and purple across the countryside. Visiting our open house events in South Fayette is a perfect excuse to watch it all take place.
