After a successful preview event in late-November, Heartland Homes’ second phase of Summerbrooke will be released to the public on Saturday, December 15th!
The community features tree-lined streets and elegant brick front homes while the home sites will have spacious and private backyards. The community, located in North Strabane Township will have the benefit of low Washington County taxes as well.
The site map, pricing and floor plans for the new phase are all available on the Heartland Homes website. The home sites in the new phase are available to be purchased starting Saturday at 10am.
